Liquified food
The last 3 shipments I have received has had at least 2 containers that have been nothing but liquid. All the foods have been liquidated. Don’t know what the problem was but would not feed that food due to quality issues.

My dog absolutely loves Happy Howl and…
My dog absolutely loves Happy Howl and goes completely wild when I start preparing it. You can tell it’s high-quality just by the excitement alone. The packaging was great and everything arrived well protected. Delivery was a bit slow, but the product itself was totally worth the wait. I’ll definitely be ordering again.

Chief LOVES ❤️ it!
My mini dachshund has always been a picky eater, but since switching to Howl, has not left any food at all, and no coaxing! And I love the long shelf life, I had tried the freezer brands, but didn’t like if I forgot to thaw some out, had to wait to feed!

Requesting a change in the order
I was surprised when my next shipment was in March. I had to change the subscription delivery day as I was totally out of food. I requested the next delivery to be February 3, not realizing that your company takes 1 week to ship the product. That sent me to Petco to experience a different food.

We have a very picky Cavapoo that is 7…
We have a very picky Cavapoo that is 7 months old, I have purchased so many different kinds of dog food and most of the time she would sniff it and walk away, but she LOVES both the Turkey and the Lamb Happy Howl food. For some reason she still won’t go for the Beef. I was happy that they offered the trial pkg of one box of each variety so I wasn’t wasting a ton of money to try this out. I’m alternating between the one type of kibble she likes and Happy Howl to keep down the cost. So glad we finally found some food she loves!

Happy with Happy Howl
Really happy with Happy Howl. My pup, Bijou, loves it, but only gave 4 starts because the Turkey meal has been very mushy the last couple of deliveries. Not sure what the issue is but may have to remove the Turkey from my next order…
