Our dog did not like most of the food so I tried to cancel. They make it very difficult to do so and require that you confirm it several times. Apparently the first time it didn’t go through and I got an order sent anyway. They refused to cancel it or take it back unopened. They also of course refuse to reimburse me. I will never order from them again.

For clarity, per our return policy, we do not offer refunds or returns in cases where a customer’s dog does not like the food, as the product is perishable once shipped and we cannot restock it.

If an incorrect address was used, it’s usually due to what was on file or selected during checkout. Unfortunately, once an order is processed or shipped, we’re very limited in making changes. Dog changed to Rx renal food & I forgot to cancel subscription. Item delivery label created but item not yet shipped. Wouldn’t cancel shipment or allow for a return of shelf stable food that wouldn’t have been opened. $168 dollars wasted, but as they suggested I’ll donate the food. Piss poor customer service.

In situations like this, especially with a medical diet change, it can feel really frustrating to miss a cancellation window and still be charged for a shipment that’s no longer usable for your dog. From a policy standpoint, once a subscription order moves past the cancellation window and a label is created, it’s typically no longer eligible for cancellation or return, so that part aligns with what support communicated.

The actual dog food is great HOWEVER The website is not friendly. I tried to change my order many times - I even called and spoke to a human but I still got an unintended order.

I emailed customer service about canceling my subscription and not receive anymore of the dog food never received a response. The order came in, my dog doesn’t like the food that is why I wanted canceled. So now I am out 90.00 plus tax, for something that my dog doesn’t like. That 90.00 plus tax needs to be put back in my account. It’s not my fault. I emailed you twice.. very disappointing
