My dog would not touch this food. It’s smells gross. On the front of their website they have “30-day money back guarantee.” Right under the slashed sale prices. But then they refuse to return the unopened food because it wa purchased at “a discount.” Which is the discount the offere everyone. This is a SCAM. Stay far away from the company.

I do want to clarify that this is not what our website states. Our 30-day money-back guarantee is outlined in our return policy, which specifies that the order must be purchased at full price in order to qualify for that guarantee. Orders placed using promotional discounts or subscription pricing are handled under different terms, which is why the eligibility may not apply in those cases. My dogs won't touch this food. They'd rather go hungry. Its full of rice! You can't get a refund unless your a first time buyer and only paid full price. You couln't have subscribed or used a discount code. It shows you how much they believe in their product. This stuff is disgusting!

Our recipes are carefully formulated with balanced, whole-food ingredients. While rice is included as a digestible carbohydrate for energy and gut health, it only makes up about 8% of the recipe. That said, we understand that every dog has different preferences, and not every recipe will be a perfect fit. Have received moldy boxes! Contacted you 1-10-26 by email. You replied back saying you would send replacements with next order. I have received my order but no replacements. I tried calling you but line’s busy and to call back. I have been trying email with your AI no luck. Because of this issue I have canceled my subscription. 2 different orders I never received a spoon. Last order you said would be $84.15 your charged $90.04.

I do want to clarify that our team has sent replacement cartons per your request. We’re more than happy to share any documentation and tracking information related to those replacement shipments so you can review the details. In some cases, when cartons are not handled properly during transit, the packaging can become damaged. If a carton develops a hole or is compromised in any way, it can unfortunately lead to spoilage or mold. While this is outside of our control once it leaves our facility, we still take situations like this very seriously. Just to clarify, you can cancel directly through your subscription by: •Logging into your account •Going to your Subscription / Manage Subscription section •Selecting Cancel Subscription (or pausing/skipping if preferred) •A confirmation email will be sent to you

My dog did not like the food. I forgot to cancel the subscription and they would not take the product back or refund my money. Do NOT recommend.

Just to clarify, per our return policy, we’re not able to accept returns or issue refunds for cases where a pet doesn’t like the food, since the product is perishable and can’t be restocked once it leaves our facility. Because of that, subscription orders that are not canceled within the required window do still process as scheduled.

One option some customers use in situations like yours is a “topper meal plan” approach instead of feeding Happy Howl as a full meal every day.

Dog didn’t like it and wouldn’t eat it. I fed it to her out of the box, tried heating it up, offered it to her by hand, every day for five or six days. She just didn’t like it.
