First of all I have a 3 1/2 yr old Pomeranian male (Marley) who has been blissfully happy on Ollie Dog food for over 2 years. However, they have had delivery issues for several months and I have been frustrated with that as well as dealing with the frozen food so I started looking around. Marley loved the Ollie and I would not have switched unless I found a food that his sensitive stomach and taste buds didn't agree with. I kept seeing Happy Howl on Instagram and had been searching alternatives to Ollie. So, I did research on it and decided that if he liked it and did well on it, I would switch over to it. I have taken time to do a slow switchover and let me tell you, it is NOT because he doesn't like it! I just want to do it so that it works with his system and I don't have to switch foods again. He is ecstatic over this food and I have had to put him in a small pen I have his toys in until I can get it in his bowl. He loves it and it loves him. His stools are literally perfect without being gross.... he's so happy with it and he loves all 3 flavors which is great variety for him. As far as complaints go, I have none. And the people in customer support, Steph and Maddie, whom I have had several contacts with just asking questions regarding amounts, getting him to loose weight, etc, have been wonderful. You can tell they are devoted, professional, knowledgeable, kind and love dogs. I can not ask for a better experience with them and the great food. A terrific company and service oriented for sure and they get right back to you. Happy Howl is terrific!

Wow, it was so easy to order a bundle of food for my great little Jack Russell. I didn’t do it through the Internet. I actually called because I wanted such a large bundle and wasn’t sure how to get the food that I wanted. Their customer service was very informative and very happy to help me. I ordered the 96 case bundle and received it within around 7 to 10 days. My girl Lucy is very happy with the food. It did take her about a week and a half to get used to the new food, but after that now she gobbles it down with no problem. I actually tasted it and yes, it does taste good we do a lot of traveling and have an RV so having this type of food is wonderful no refrigeration needed so it’s so easy to store and the best thing is that she loves it. Thank you for a great product.

My grandog Bella loves Happy Howl. I would not consider her very picky but she definitely leaves nothing in the bowl compared to the other options she has.
