This food was as advertised & it came…
This food was as advertised & it came quickly. I found it looked like home cooked food. My Husky on the other hand turned his nose up & refused to eat it. I'm at my wits end with him because he is so picky. It's not Happy Howls fault he wouldn't eat the food!

9 out of 10 stars. Shipping took a little longer to arrive than they said it would. So we just started adding it to our pooches' meals. We opened the beef stew. Not only did it smell 'good' to us hoomans (kinda like dinty moore stew), but the littles each sat at their dishes waiting ... hoping ... for us to put MORE down after they ate it all!

Ordering was excellent for ease
Ordering was excellent for ease. Dog food is excellent, as in, my dogs love it (a milestone for the picky one). The only issue was the length of time between ordering and delivery. Which is the only reason forv 4 star vs 5.

Apparently I had two subscriptions and…
Apparently I had two subscriptions and have received five boxes of product close together. Im still getting two boxes close together so please check to see that I only have one subscription. Thank you. My two shih-tsu's really enjoy this product!!

Happy poops
So far my dog loves it. We just started the second of three samples. I have been using it as a topper. His digestion seems to be better with more consistent stools.

So far so good
So far so good! New adoptee who is very food shy, even to the point of having zero treat drive. Barely ate the first 5 days when on what the shelter gave us. Slowly working Happy Howl into her diet and so far, she shows more enjoyment in her meal time. We have hope! Thank you for offering a sample pack. We have to change her diet slowly and this offers us a way to do so.

Your packaging is extremely difficult…
Your packaging is extremely difficult for those with arthritis. I need scissors to open the carton. Portions are nearly impossible to dole ou of these containers. How do I feed 2/5 - 2 x day anywhere near accurately?

We understand that our packaging can be challenging for customers with arthritis, and we’re sorry for any frustration this has caused. Here are a few tips that might help: 1.Use a small scoop or measuring cup – This can help you portion out the food more easily without having to pour directly from the carton. 2.Transfer to a secondary container – You could keep a portion in a smaller, easier-to-handle container or bowl in your fridge (if opened) to make daily servings simpler. 3.Consider portioning once per day – Some pet parents find it easier to pre-portion the day’s meals into two bowls ahead of time to save effort.
