*UPDATE* My dog started not wanting to eat his food about three weeks in. He actually went two full days without eating before we made the call to go back to his previous diet. I can’t watch my dog be miserable! I received my subscription shipment on 5/16 and contacted the company on 5/18 to let them know the situation and that we obviously can’t continue with the food. I asked if the new untouched order could be returned for a refund. I was given tips to transition diets that are sent to new customers and my question was flat out ignored. When I asked again I was told that because subscription customers receive 20% off each shipment no refund will be given. Only full price, non subscription orders would be eligible for refund. What?!? You push the subscription model HEAVILY and then penalize your customers for signing up for ongoing orders? Something’s really wrong with that! Also, now that our dog has been back to his previous food for 6 days his personality, energy level, and appetite are right back to his wonderful spunky puppy ways. Something in Happy Howl definitely did not agree with our boy. The loss of money is worth it if our pup is back to his vibrant self. I wanted to make others aware of this policy before they agree to be subscription customers. It feels pretty scammy!***This food is fantastic! It smells like a meal I’d serve my family. You can see the whole food ingredients. Most importantly it’s made with high quality ingredients and my dog loves it. The price point is reasonable compared to other foods in its demographic. Yes, it’s a premium food and more costly than kibble but it is 100% worth the added cost. We chose the theee flavor variety pack so our dog won’t get burn out from one flavor. I’d highly recommend this food and love that they offer a very affordable trial pack.

Has a gotcha on a subscription when you think you are only buying samples to test. Then when they send out email about subscription being prepared, even if you respond that day, it is too late to stop or get a refund. They just say sorry and you are stuck with the initial subscription. Bad thing about this, my dog did not like their food. They state that you get an email 7 days prior, then 2 days, well like i said, I only got one email and responded that day and they said it was too late.

Terrible never received first order and paused subscription and they still billed me $92 BUYER BEWARE

I cancelled the account- They charged my account and shipped anyway. I refused to accept the shipment. Now theytell me they do not refund the charge on any shipment.

When I signed up, the discount wasn't applied. I called; your next order will be applied. I don't pay attention to autodelivery; all companies send a note 2-3 days prior to shipment. Our shipment was due within 48hrs; went to their website, conversed with Maggie (their bot), explained needed to reschedule delivery. Response: ok. Later that same day, can't be done. Shipment being prepared. Ok. Cancel, seeing at this doesn't need refrigeration. In our other address, seasonal residents have return north. They asked I contact UPS; UPS, as I'm not sender, they can't help. They can hold for 6 weeks. Their Maggie, the bot, made a mistake; too, never received notification as 48hrs stated. They seem to not have customer support. I will not pay for their errors.

You sent me chicken the first time - I ordered Lamb and Turkey. I returned the remaining and you refunded me. Now you sent me turkey when I ordered Lamb. He will not eat this, I'm out money and have food that I cannot use.

My dogs didn’t like the product tried to return it and was told I cannot return items I received with a discount so don’t believe their money back guarantee!

My dog did not like this product and it was very difficult to cancel.
