The product is good and my one dog likes it, but my other one is fussy and didn't.

We’re glad at least one of your dogs is enjoying Happy Howl, even if the other one is a bit more selective. That’s actually pretty common, especially with fussy eaters, some dogs just take longer to warm up to new textures or flavors.

I like that the food is shelf stable but hate that the boxes are all indented on 1 side which makes it difficult to squeeze the top to open and scoop out and squeeze the bottom after emptying box

We’re sorry to hear that your dog isn’t enjoying Happy Howl. Some pups can be picky or need a little time to adjust to something new. A few things that may help: •Mix a small amount with their current food and gradually increase •Try a different flavor, many dogs have strong preferences •Warn up the food in a microwave safe bowl to enhance the smell and taste

I was happy with pretty much everything. Packaging, convenience, customer service, my dogs loved it. I was just really disappointed when I discovered the high grain and starch content. Because I believe the issues that these levels of grains and starch can trigger in my dogs health. I sadly feel it’s not a good choice for us. Cancelled my subscription and am still looking.

We understand that smaller dogs or those with sensitive mouths may sometimes find it a little challenging to chew. You might try mixing Happy Howl with a little water or broth to soften it, or serving smaller portions at a time to make it easier for them to enjoy. We’re glad you’re giving your pups a nutritious and tasty meal!
