My first order was lost so they send another one and now I can't return any of it.
I tried all 3 flavors and my dog would not touch it. I tried & tried but he would not eat it. I tried to return an unopened box and they would not take it back because it was on sale. Make sure you read all the fine print before your order from Happy Howl. Will not be ordering from Happy Howl again!

Our refund policy states you are eligible for refunds at full price not discounted prices and you agree to these terms prior to checking out.

I have been attempting to cancel my…
I have been attempting to cancel my membership without success for 2 months.. I have left voicemails, emails, and messages on your website. No one has called me back, or responded to my emails. My credit card has been charged for another shipment which is supposed to be delivered today. As a customer I have a right to change my mind, cancel the membership with ease. You do not provide customer service. You lure people in with initial discounts and then trap them into auto shipments. I expect a written assurance of my cancelation and frankly a refund for this 2nd shipment. Rose Bicicchi

lack of customer service
lack of customer service, charged my credit card multiple times on skipped order and proceeds with the shipping anyway. my dogs do not like the food at all

Food looked like and smelled like…
Food looked like and smelled like garbage mush. Not at all like commercials. How do I get a refund? I only opened one of the 3 pkg trial set.

We do want to clarify that our trial pack is designed for sampling purposes and as noted in our policies at checkout, we are unable to process refunds on trial orders. You guys suck
You guys suck! You have given me the runaround this weekend and now double charged my account cancelled an order, then recharged and are now sending another order. I’ll be sure to let everyone know your subscription is a scam like others . Haven’t even received first order, and two days later you charge it again for another shipment. You have bots running customer service. There’s no support and no answers. Wow I’ll run and not walk away. Good luck my bank will be investigating you guys and the social media will know
