Happy HowlWhere it started:Rocky changedeverything andI never set out to start a dog food company. My husky Rocky had the worst stomach on the planet. Years of vet visits, prescription diets, and hundreds spent on premium food brands. We tried everything. Nothing worked. So I decided to build it myself. 36 recipe iterations. Countless hours with vets and nutritionists. All chasing one question: what’s the best food we could possibly make for a dog? When we finally got it right, Rocky was the proof. He hasn't been sick in over 18 months. He runs three miles with me every morning. That's the standard every Happy Howl bowl is held to. Nothing less.Colin Buckley– Founder

My picky eater eats all three flavors, although the turkey is her fav!

We’re especially happy your picky eater is enjoying all three flavors and it sounds like she has excellent taste choosing turkey as her favorite Thank you so much for sharing and for being part of the Happy Howl family!

We have tried EVERYTHING to get our picky Shih-tzu to eat dog food, not people food. We've tried just about every subscription dog food, and she turned her nose up....until Happy Howl. I bought the sample pack, thinking it would be another failure, but lo and behold, she ate it. All three flavors. I doctored it up at first, to entice her, but I could have saved my time. If she left anything, it was the other stuff, not the Happy Howl. Thank you! She's FINALLY eating the good stuff!

Two things... One I like the fact that I don't have to thaw it out and how it doesn't take up all my freezer space. Also, my American Bulldog puppy loves it! And I know it's healthy for him!.
Response from Happy HowlFeb 16, 2026
No thawing and no freezer takeover is exactly the convenience we aim for 😊 we’re thrilled your American Bulldog puppy is loving his meals! Knowing you feel confident it’s a healthy choice for him is the best compliment we could receive.
