I ordered the sample and then got enrolled for another delivery. This did not give me time to see if my picky eater would even eat this product. I only wanted a sample and did not choose to order more . This is why people are reluctant to order

The financial commitment is atrocious. Food delivers without orders, obliging you to pay for it, then when you want to set back the date of the next delivery, it is effective the very next day, adding another order to the previous one.

I canceled my subscription and you billed me again. I can no longer afford to pay for your product!! CANCEL MY ORDER AND SUBSCRIPTION

Do not buy from this company. I made the mistake of buying a bundle of food "discounted" to only 74$. It came and my dogs who literally eat anything refused to eat this even when I added the recommended bone broth. It look disgusting to me as well so I couldn't really do much. I tried a box of each of their flavors, same result. I emailed asking for a refund of the amount less the 3 boxes and was told no because I got a discount . Now it is written on their website this is the case. I explained that obviously they knew their product was inferior as they were not willing to stand by it and was advised they would stand by their return policy. Please avoid buying here. Any company that marks up their food and will not let you return unopened items or refund and tell you to donate like Chewy does, should not be in. business. Please avoid for reputable companies instead. After reading their response I double down on what I said. Purchased a 2 week supply on a trial. My dogs wouldn’t eat it at all. They don’t refund!

Had a problem getting my package but found out it was UPS that delivered to wrong address, Happy Howl was so awesome trying to help me , i ended up finding the package down the street. Happy Howl was going to send out order again but didnt have to since I find it , thanks again Happy Howl , my dog loves the food and I highly recommend happy howl.

If I could give this company a -10 rating I would!!! They use predatory practices. Read canceling orders section, they cover all scenarios to not refund your money. I ordered the trial (on sale). I made sure when I ordered to not sign up for a subscription- yes it defaults for a subscription. 2 weeks after I order i get an email 2am thanking me for my next order. I call, the number 888-436-7490 it’s perpetually busy. I text, I email and I chat to cancel this next order. I try to login to cancel, they have to send you a code. It takes 3 tries before they release the code to access my account. While I am canceling my subscription they then send me another email saying order is now shipping. This all happened within a span of 10 min. Their algorithms are also predatory. Don’t do business with this company!!! Read their charge back policy and you’ll know everything you need to know about this company. Make sure you get a cancellation email and keep all your documentation to negate their chargeback dispute. I hope more people report them as predatory. Never again will I buy from them. $72 dollars turned into $164 without my consent. UPDATE: LET ME BE CRYSTAL CLEAR..BUYER BE WARY…This company’s response is a clear cover up for their predatory practices. The whole point being I NEVER signed up for a subscription…EVER!!!!! The site defaulted for a subscription, even though I toggled for a one time trial order. I caught it and toggled it OFF for a subscription before I placed the trial (in hindsight-that should have been a red flag NOT to order!!!!). Their algorithm still signed me up for a FULL subscription (not a trial..with choices they picked for food flavors mind you !!!!) and notified me same day they charged and shipped, giving you no time to act. Now they are saying I lied and didn’t call, nor chat nor emailed them. Par for the course, it just underscores their behavior-if they weren’t predatory, they would reach out and offer to right this wrong.

This is the 3rd time that I ordered and my last package took almost a week to receive and it did not come with the silver spoon like my previous orders came with.
