Response from Happy HowlMar 9, 2026
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear the product arrived safely and looked great, but we’re sorry to hear that your dog didn’t want to eat it. Every pup can have their own preferences, and sometimes it can take a little time for them to adjust to something new. If you’d like, we’d be happy to offer some tips for transitioning or help you find an option that might work better for your dog. Please feel free to reach out to our customer support team, we’re here to help!
