Everything was good, however it needs to be clearer when ordering a sample package that you will be signing up for recurring shipments.

Order was quick and easy
Order was quick and easy. Delivered quickly as well. But as we’re transitioning over, this is the food they leave on their plate.

So glad the ordering and delivery experience was smooth and speedy! As for leaving some on the plate, don't give up just yet! It's completely normal for pups to be a little hesitant when transitioning to a new food, especially if they've been on the same diet for a while. A great tip is to start by mixing just a small amount of Happy Howl in with their current food and gradually increasing it over 7 to 10 days, that usually does the trick! Warming it up slightly can also help bring out the aroma and get those tails wagging.

My dog loves the food.
I enjoy purchasing from Happy Howl and my Schnauzer loves the food. The only reason I didn't give four stars is because we have gotten the plastic storage on the last two orders. Have you stopped sending those?

The consistency of the food is becoming…
The consistency of the food is becoming more dried and hard compared to when we first started to get shipments from happy howl.

Gourmet meals for my fur babies
Deliveries are quick,the dogs LOVE,I MEAN LOVE the meals.,and if which was only a few times a error was made(their humans packing not the animals 😂) they quickly correct it without hassle.I feel the company is top dog food for us.
