Happy HowlWhere it started:Rocky changedeverything andI never set out to start a dog food company. My husky Rocky had the worst stomach on the planet. Years of vet visits, prescription diets, and hundreds spent on premium food brands. We tried everything. Nothing worked. So I decided to build it myself. 36 recipe iterations. Countless hours with vets and nutritionists. All chasing one question: what’s the best food we could possibly make for a dog? When we finally got it right, Rocky was the proof. He hasn't been sick in over 18 months. He runs three miles with me every morning. That's the standard every Happy Howl bowl is held to. Nothing less.Colin Buckley– Founder

Dublin loves the food. Good service. Suggestion: make the box rectangular - easier to get to the food.

We also really appreciate your suggestion about the box design. We’ll be sure to pass this along to our product and packaging team for review. Thanks again for being part of the Happy Howl family!

My little dog is a very fussy eater. I have had her for 5 years. She is 9 years old. I have tried so many different dog foods and have always ended up cooking for her. She would not eat dog food. I am so happy that we discovered Happy Howl. It was so nice to be able to order a sample pack to try without having to purchase a large amount. I ended up ordering a case as my girl loved the sample food. The case arrived quickly and was very well packed. This is the first dog food that my little pup did not sniff and walk away. She eats every bit that is offered because it is made with human grade food and that is what she is used to.

We’re really glad Happy Howl has been a breakthrough for your little girl, especially after 5 years of trying different foods and having to cook for her. For a fussy eater, that moment where they don’t sniff and walk away is a huge win.

Our 6 years old dog Ella healed her uncomfortable allergy symptoms and lost significant amount of weight on Happy Howl! We re- established our dog’s new normal in her wellness and noticed more vitality. We had Ella and other dogs in the past on Royal Canin. One of our Labradors not even more than 8 years old passed too early after her diagnosis of cancer. The loss prompted us to research regarding the recent increase and causes of illness in pets. Food was our first focus to upgrade and become very disciplined with recommended portions. . After discovering this new delicious dog food I committed immediately to feed Ella according to her weight goals and intention to support her healing . Therefore observing such transformation precisely in two to three months we switched our younger dog Ega to Happy Howl (lamb ) as well. Their coats turned so shiny , Ella’s color turned more intense shade of brown just as during her “puppyhood”stage but most importantly: no more itching or restlessness ! The dog sitter complemented the food after watching Ella and Ega , the younger dog loving every bite during the feedings. Food smells appetizing and is packaged excellently into portions that work for both of my dogs. No more drama.

We’re really glad to hear that you’ve seen such a positive change in their comfort, energy, coat quality, and overall routine, especially the reduction in itching and restlessness. It sounds like meal times have become much calmer and more enjoyable for both of them, which is something we know makes a big difference day to day.

Finding food for our 4 dogs was always a chore. 1 of them has issues with chicken, 1 of them wont eat the frozen stuff. 1 of them wont eat canned wet food, one of them doesn't like to eat in public! They all love Happy Howl. They get excited when its dinner time and no more stress wondering if 1 is eating too much while 1 isn't eating enough!
Response from Happy HowlApr 13, 2026
We’re really glad Happy Howl has helped take the stress out of mealtime and made things easier for you. No more juggling preferences or worrying about who’s eating what is exactly the kind of peace of mind we hope to deliver.
