My dog eats this food, but it is very hard to get out of the container, the food is very sticky gummy in texture, and dosen't even come off the long handled spoon sent with the food.

Thanks for your feedback! If the food feels sticky to scoop, you can add a little warm water or broth to loosen it. This softens the texture, making it easier to serve with the long-handled spoon or break into smaller pieces for your pup.

My dogs love the food. There is not much they won't eat to be honest. I almost tried it myself. For the small boxes I found it kind of pricey. I think what you do is great, its just a bit pricey for me to continue. Thank you for the chance for my dogs to try this.

The food is very good, my dog loves it. I would have given more stars, except that 4 boxes of the Lamb Happy Howl food was so watery, when I opened the box it was like gross slush. All the other Lamb boxes, as well as everything else was fine but I was unable to use those 4 boxes. I went onto their site and Happy Howl does not refund anything if it was discounted, which includes the subscription price.

Dogs love the food, convenient and I like how it can be in the pantry. My only complaint is the shipping. It takes forever to get here. I was running low and the autoship wasn't due yet. I got on 4 days before running out of food to order, which will be tonight, and the package won't be here until Friday. Over a week for shipping seems a little crazy.

I have not received the dog food. But there is a scammers attached to your company. They try to charge my acct 2 days. Over $190. I pray they be put in jail.

The delivery is great. The food gives my dogs soft poops, but they like the taste. The packaging is easy to open & use. Pricing is okay. There's a lot of white stuff ontop, it didn't get mixed well?

I like the product but they’ll never get 5 stars from me because after my 1 st order my dogs would not eat their beef or lamb and I asked for replacements. They refused. My dogs love the turkey & now that’s all I get. Customer service is garbage!
