Easy shipments
Receiving the food is great. The subscription is easy. Unfortunately, neither of my dogs likes the Turkey variety. I did however, change the 3rd shipment to not have it, but didn't change it in time for the 2nd. They are small dogs and are picky eaters. And it seems Happy Howl isn't the magic food for them either.

Great ingredients in easy packaging.
I was pleased by the careful packing and quick response time. I appreciated the ability to order a sampler and let my dog express his preference. The look, aroma and texture of the food is excellent. I’m using it to augment kibble. Our dog likes the lamb more than the beef, but hurries to the bowl for any flavor. The cost to feed this to a Great Dane as the sole nutrition makes a subscription unlikely. I will most likely order individual shipments as budget permits.

Dizzy's favorite
The easy way to store and the way our baby eats it. It's not watery and messy like some we tried and doesn't take up room in our freezer.

I like how simple it is to store the food and easier to feed. So far the only reason I didn’t give you a 5 is because your site isn’t exactly friendly. You should have the size/feeding info well before the ordering part and show more of the information about portions when ordering.

My dog loves the food.
My dog loves the food. The only negative is the turkey in my last order was to soupy. The lamb and beef were fine.

Dogs liked the food
Our dogs liked the food (we got sample pack). The packaging was great for storage but requires some effort to get all the product out of the carton. That’s not a deal breaker though.
