Oh mom, lamb AGAIN!
We love how the pups enjoy their food but why did you send all one flavor this time. We have gotten a mixture before. They like a little variety also

Food looks and smells great
Food looks and smells great. I wish our dog weren't so picky, but he is and we have to deal with it. He's a fan for one or two days and then sticks his nose up to it. So, although it wasn't for us only because he's so picky. I loved the fact that it didn't come or need to be frozen and you don't have to put it in the fridge until after you've opened it. Those were huge pluses for me.

It takes so long for the order to…
It takes so long for the order to arrive. It takes almost 2 weeks for it to arrive

My dog would not try it
My dog would not try it, I stuck a little in his mouth, but he spit it out. That was the beef stew. Will try maybe turkey today. I did say he is VERY fussy. Food looks and smells good, I would expect most dogs would at least try it.

I have sent two emails regarding double shipping and discount questions and they have not responded. Food is great, customer service needs improvement.

We currently feed 2 dogs Farmers
We currently feed 2 dogs Farmers. Cost just under 200.00 a month. I don't see this as being economical. Each pkg cost us just under 5.00 @ 28 pkg at a time. We get 3 meals out of each pkg, sometimes more, depending on flavor. Some flavors are larger. We only feed about 5oz a day each, due to them being over weight.

A 36 Box supply should get us through 5…
A 36 Box supply should get us through 5 weeks. I wish you would plan the shipping to arrive at the end of the supply. Thus far, it has taken way too long to receive the shipped food and we run out.
