My product never arrived
My product never arrived. On the UPS app it says it was returned to a loading doc

no customer support
order took 11 days to arrive after ordering, Called 4 times with no answer, left messages, no call back. Finally reached a rep who did absolutely nothing to remedy the situation except try to upsell me. Something has gone horribly wrong with customer support at Happy Howl. I urge you to cancel and shop local.

The food arrived hot
The food arrived in a regular box without any ice packs or insulation. The food arrives very very warm each time.

Our recipes are specifically crafted to be shelf-stable and are safety-tested to withstand temperatures up to 119°F without spoiling or losing quality—which is why they ship safely without heavy insulation or ice packs. Having said that, we want you to feel totally confident in every meal, so if you ever have questions about a box, please don't hesitate to reach out!

It certainly isn’t Happy Howl’s fault…
It certainly isn’t Happy Howl’s fault that I am owned by the pickiest Yorkie to ever exist…Lily will turn 17 this month and I’m sorry to tell you that she’s the crankiest old lady too…but back to your product, She has refused to even taste a tiny bit…I even warned it … nope, not interested! She rejected all 3 flavors equally. I have tried them all…Farmers Dog, Ollie, Fresh Pet, even Raw food…with the same outcome. Thanks for trying though.

First off, a huge Happy Early 17th Birthday to Miss Lily! At 17 years young, she has earned every right to be as cranky and selective as she wants—and we completely respect a queen who knows her mind! Dealing with a super picky senior pup can be so exhausting, and we are so sorry for all the mealtime frustration you have been through trying every food under the sun. Thank you for your honesty, humor, and for giving us a shot!

Your product is too gummy
Your product is too gummy - my dog will not touch it. Your web site makes it sound great, but it is mushy and over processed. I had high hopes for your product. Thank goodness I only purchased a sampler pack.
