My Aussie doodle (12 years old
My Aussie doodle (12 years old, 68#) will not eat kibble or any dried dog food since her buddy died. I cook liver everyday for her but she only eats every two or three days. I have tried almost every mail order fresh food there is. She will not touch any of the food. I tried your beef stew and at first she smelled it and walked away. But a few minutes later she came back and ate 90% of it. I'll try the other two and determine if I should order. Thanks! I'm excited that I may not have to cook smelly liver every night!

Our hearts completely go out to your sweet girl—grief is so tough on our senior pups, and we are incredibly moved that our beef recipe brought her back to the bowl! Knowing we could give her comfort and save you from cooking liver every night is a massive win. Great quality. Picky dogs love it.
Great quality AND our very picky little dogs are taking to it well, though I have to roll it into tiny loose meatballs for them. Dunno why; they're wierdos. They especially like the Grandma's Beef Stew. The fact that it's shelf stable is so great for us because we travel by car here and there. So convenient!

The food is great
The food is great, my dogs love it- I generally just give it to the small dogs but once in a while I give it as a topper to the big ones. What I do not like is being bombarded with emails

Happy Furbaby
The customer service is wonderful! I have a picky Yorkie and canceled the prescription because he wasn’t eating the food. Come to find out, he just doesn’t enjoy the lamb meal. The Customer Rep sent me a list of suggestions on what might help him love the food again like adding bone broth, or heating the food. I started doing both suggestions and he loves it, except lamb. He won’t eat it with broth, warmed up, nothing! That’s how I found out he didn’t like lamb.

My dogs love this food
My dogs love this food. One of them is 12 years old and she is the pickiest dog ever! She has not turned her head once on this food. She quickly eats it all and continues to lick her bowl after it’s gone. The food is great for trips we take as I also feed raw. I do wish the protein content was more.

Positive improvement in just a few weeks!
They were proactive reaching out to me to see if I needed help figuring out what to order. Then reached out to see how my experience was going with my picky older rescue and their products. I had decided on a trial set of three. They were helpful and not pushy at all. I have since placed a larger order that shipped very fast. I love the fact the food is shelf stable for two years and is made in such a way that the nutrition stays intact. They store easier than cans or refrigerator bags of fresh. His digestion has improved and he has gotten a little spark of pep in his 18 1/2 year old body. It’s been just over four weeks now. That to me was impressive…hopefully he will continue to eat it. I rotate the flavors to keep his interest.
