That’s wonderful to hear that Cooper loves Happy Howl! We completely understand that cost can be a concern. A couple ways many of our customers make it more affordable: •Subscribe & Save: Get 20% off every recurring order •Bulk options: Larger packs help lower the cost per meal •Topper plan: Use Happy Howl as a topper mixed with kibble to stretch it further We’d be happy to help you find the most budget-friendly option that works for you.

Thank you for sharing this! First, regarding shipping, we sent an email last week notifying customers that there would be a fulfillment delay due to the recent winter storm. We’re very sorry for the inconvenience this caused and understand how stressful it is to run out of food and need to purchase something else in the meantime. That’s never the experience we want for you. We’re so glad your dog loves Happy Howl, but we also hear your concerns about portion size and overall monthly cost. Feeding 1½ containers per day can definitely impact the total subscription amount, and we understand comparing that value to your previous service. If you’d like, we can: •Review your dog’s feeding plan to confirm portion accuracy •Explore adjusting delivery frequency •Discuss using Happy Howl as a topper to help reduce monthly cost We truly appreciate you giving Happy Howl a try after switching, and we’d love the opportunity to make this work better for you. 🐶💛

We’re thrilled that Max loved the sample pack! Regarding your concern about rice and potatoes, the rice makes up only 8% of the recipe and is blended with the proteins for a uniform appearance. Thank you for giving Happy Howl a try and for sharing your insights!

We’re so glad to hear your dog is loving the food and doing well on it! We completely understand how important it is to stick with her preferred flavor, especially lamb. We truly apologize for the temporary supply issue and appreciate your feedback, it helps us work on keeping popular flavors consistently available so pets don’t have to switch unexpectedly. Thank you for your patience and for trusting us with her meals!

We know how particular small dogs (especially chihuahuas!) can be, so this is completely understandable. It’s actually very common for pups to be cautious with a new food at first. You’re doing a great thing by continuing to try. A few gentle tips that often help picky eaters: • Mix Happy Howl with the fresh chicken rather than placing it separately • Start with a very small amount and gradually increase • Slightly warming the food can enhance the aroma • Use it as a topper while they adjust

We’re glad to hear your pup is enjoying the food, but we completely understand how frustrating these account and payment issues can be. Accurate shipment notifications and smooth account management are important, and it sounds like we missed the mark here. If you are still experiencing issues please feel free to call, text or email us!

That’s completely understandable, every dog is different, and it can take some time to see changes, especially during a food transition. We always recommend following the gradual transition tips included with your order to give their stomach time to adapt. We appreciate you keeping us posted and hope you start seeing improvement soon.
