Happy HowlWhere it started:Rocky changedeverything andI never set out to start a dog food company. My husky Rocky had the worst stomach on the planet. Years of vet visits, prescription diets, and hundreds spent on premium food brands. We tried everything. Nothing worked. So I decided to build it myself. 36 recipe iterations. Countless hours with vets and nutritionists. All chasing one question: what’s the best food we could possibly make for a dog? When we finally got it right, Rocky was the proof. He hasn't been sick in over 18 months. He runs three miles with me every morning. That's the standard every Happy Howl bowl is held to. Nothing less.Colin Buckley– Founder

Turtle loves the lamb. He gets excited when I hold the box to open it.
Response from Happy HowlJun 9, 2026
Knowing that Turtle gets excited the moment you reach for the box is the absolute best feedback our team could ask for! We put a lot of love into our lamb recipe, and knowing it brings that level of mealtime joy to your boy means the world to us. Thank you so much for the wonderful shoutout!

Kobe enjoys your food....and that's all that matters....
Response from Happy HowlJun 9, 2026
You hit the nail on the head—Kobe’s happiness is exactly what matters most! There is no better compliment to our kitchen than a dog who genuinely enjoys every bite. We are so happy to be part of their daily routine and thankful to you for sharing them with our pack!

My dogs love it. My picky eater no longer picks at her food and finishes her meals at the same time as my other dog I like the fact that I do not have to take up freezer space to store it. Especially when we go camping.
Response from Happy HowlJun 9, 2026
Thank you so much for this wonderful review! There is nothing quite like the relief of watching a finicky eater finally dive into her food with excitement. We’re also thrilled that the shelf-stable packaging is hitting the mark for you. Not having to logistically plan around freezer space or melting ice in a cooler makes hitting the camp trails so much easier. We wish you and your pups happy travels!

My dogs are fans of this. I use it with a veggie mix for them so it has more vegetables, but they're happy.
Response from Happy HowlJun 9, 2026
Thank you for sharing that! There’s nothing better than a happy dog at mealtime, and we’re thrilled to hear that your pups are enjoying the food. We’re all about making sure dogs get the best possible fuel, so we think it's awesome that you're boosting their bowls with extra veggies. We truly appreciate your support!
