Our dogs love the food and we love the fact that it's shelf stable - not refrigerated or frozen - so easy to store and serve!

Product is great, easily stored. When I signed up for the subscription of 48 cases for the savings I was given the option of receiving it in two boxes. This is important to me because I'm in my late 70's and one box of 48 is too heavy for me. Two boxes of the 48 works. Unfortunately this packaging has only happened once.

This is my third order and so far my dogs are satisfied. This time I didn't get the lamb, out of the 3 flavors my dogs didn't care for it as much as the beef and turkey. My dogs eat less which is good they are both a little chunky. The only problem I have is the payee is always different when it hits my bank account it doesn't say Happy Howl its confusing with all the scams out there.

I noticed the amount of food is decresing why? I used one pack every day for my 2 dogs, now 1 pack morning and 1 pack night why? I don´t get it

I love the concept of the boxed food. I was hoping my dog would go crazy over it. She was acting like a snob and ate when she was starving. I don't know if it was the different meat flavors.

Feeding Tips to Try -Start small & mix in: Try mixing a small amount of the food with something your pup already enjoys (like their previous food) and gradually increase the amount over a few days -Warm it up: Slightly warming the food can enhance the aroma and make it more enticing in a microwave safe bowl for 10 seconds (NOT in the packaging) -Add a topper: A splash of warm water, low-sodium bone broth, or even a little plain boiled chicken can help spark interest -Stick to a schedule: Offer the food for about 15–20 minutes, then pick it up if your pup doesn’t eat. This can help reinforce mealtime routines -Hand feeding (short-term): Sometimes offering a few bites by hand can help reintroduce the food in a positive way Let us know if you’d like to give these a try, and I’m here to support you every step of the way!
