My dogs love Happy Howl
My dogs love Happy Howl, however I have received multiple orders in the past when I have changed my recipes, & when I changed my delivery schedule! Still working on sorting this out.

Wanted to try a different food option…
Wanted to try a different food option but unfortunately my furry family did not like it. I was glad you offered a sample pack because it really was a good way to test another option.

A few things that can help: •Mixing Happy Howl with a small amount of their regular food and gradually increasing the Happy Howl portion •Trying a different flavor, many dogs have a preference for certain proteins like Lamb, Beef, or Turkey •Serving at room temperature can sometimes make it more appealing If your dog continues to resist, our customer experience team is happy to help find the best solution for your pup, including guidance on flavors or portion adjustments.

I did not need another box in fact I…
I did not need another box in fact I did not subscribe as I wanted to see if food agreed with my senior dog. I work during the day and did not see email notification for second delivery. Charges were put through using monies needed for other expenses. I have pleanty left from first delivery. Food is agreeable to my dog, but I did not appreciate the auto delivery. I now have 39 boxes in home.

When you sign up for a subscription, every customer receives an email 2 days prior to the scheduled shipment. If no changes are made within that 2-day window, the order ships as scheduled. You can always log in to adjust your subscription settings or reach out to our customer experience team for assistance. Can't seem to get to my house before we run out!
My dog loves the food, easy storage, but they can't seem to get it to my house before we run out!!

We ship the food based on the shipping frequency you select at checkout. You could also update your case size so you are receiving more food. Feel free to log into your subscription to make these updates or contact our support team: • Move your ship date up a few days • Shorten your delivery frequency • Order slightly earlier to build a small cushion
