My dog really liked this food at first…
My dog really liked this food at first and preferred it to his other food but then lately has stopped eating it and doesn’t like it. I don’t know if it was a bad batch but it’s too expensive for my dog to turn his nose up at … I still have a box and a half left and if he continues to do that I’ll cancel

The company is great
The company is great! My dog does not like any of the food choices.

Every dog is different, and sometimes it can take a bit of trial and error to find the right recipe or texture that clicks with them. If you’d like, we can help troubleshoot a bit: •Try a different protein (some dogs strongly prefer one over another) •Mix a small amount with their current food to adjust gradually •Warm it slightly to enhance aroma and palatability •Or adjust portion size/feeding time to increase interest

The product has a variety of flavors
The product has a variety of flavors, beef, turkey and lamb, which is great. My husky loves them all. The shelf stability makes it easy to store. Sadly, it isnot financially sustainable for most people. So, I use this product only as a topper for my dog's kibble.

Fulfill your customers requests
When you couldn't fulfill the lamb part of the order I said give my dog turkey. But please ship it on "March 26, 2026 you replied ok! On March 28, 2026 my dog ran out of "FOOD"! It should have never happened!

Disappointed
Everything went smoothly with the purchase. My dogs seem to tolerate the food well and they do not have loose bowels like they have had on other soft foods. However, they aren't excited about it like I was hoping they would be. I put it down for them in the mornings and it literally sits there, they sniff it and then look at me like is that what your feeding us today. They will go back to it in about an hour as if they are settling because it's all they have to eat. Disappointed honestly.

My dogs did not like it
My dogs did not like it. & I thought it would be fresher or behaps freeze dried. I appreciate the service I received though the staff the get 5 stars.

Communications - poor/untimely response.
Communications were poor in response to the web site acting up and putting through TWO of the same order for THREE DOGS, so now I have 2 months' stock of food and it was a huge hit to my budget last month! Especially since I chatted on line with a live rep, explaining that I needed the second order to be canceled. She stated that HH SUPPORT would ensure that was done. Needless to say - IT WAS NOT. :-(
