Happy HowlWhere it started:Rocky changedeverything andI never set out to start a dog food company. My husky Rocky had the worst stomach on the planet. Years of vet visits, prescription diets, and hundreds spent on premium food brands. We tried everything. Nothing worked. So I decided to build it myself. 36 recipe iterations. Countless hours with vets and nutritionists. All chasing one question: what’s the best food we could possibly make for a dog? When we finally got it right, Rocky was the proof. He hasn't been sick in over 18 months. He runs three miles with me every morning. That's the standard every Happy Howl bowl is held to. Nothing less.Colin Buckley– Founder

I have a super picky pooch and he has been turning his nose up to most things I've tried. I saw your ad and thought I'd try one more time, and oh my, he loves it! Pushed his bowl across the floor to make sure he got every bit! That's amAzing for him, and quite an achievement! Very happy we found your product! Sincerely, Carol and Gadget

Bringing that kind of mealtime excitement to a discerning pup like Gadget completely makes our day. Knowing our real-food recipes turned his nose-up routine into a spotless bowl across the floor is the best feedback we could ever ask for. Thank you so much for putting us to the test and trusting us with his health!

You can actually see the different veggies and potatoes…it’s not puréed and creamy! I finally found food that my 3 munchkin Yorkies like! And they’re missing lots of teeth!
Response from Happy HowlJun 22, 2026
Oh, we just love this! There is nothing better than being able to actually see the wholesome ingredients you're feeding your pups. We are so incredibly happy that your three little Yorkies have given us their official stamp of approval—missing teeth and all! Thank you so much for sharing the love!

My dog is extremely picky, so finding a food she'll consistently eat has been a challenge. I've always wanted to feed a human-grade diet because I don't fully trust traditional commercial kibble, but there are so many options on the market that it can be overwhelming to choose. A neighbor recommended Farmer's Dog because it's one of the more well-known brands, but I was still hesitant. I've even tried making my own food at home, which was a complete flop, and freeze-dried foods were a waste of money because my little one wouldn't touch them. Over the years, I've spent a small fortune on different brands that ultimately ended up being donated or given away. I came across Happy Howl and decided to give it a try, largely because of their return policy, which offered peace of mind that many other companies don't. I'm so glad I did! From the very first meal, my dog absolutely loved it. She cleaned her bowl completely. When I noticed, I had to think if I had forgotten to feed her. I've honestly never seen her so excited about a food before. It's such a relief to finally find something she enjoys and that I feel good about feeding her. If you have a picky eater and have been struggling to find a quality human-grade food they'll actually eat, I highly recommend giving Happy Howl a try.
