Happy HowlWhere it started:Rocky changedeverything andI never set out to start a dog food company. My husky Rocky had the worst stomach on the planet. Years of vet visits, prescription diets, and hundreds spent on premium food brands. We tried everything. Nothing worked. So I decided to build it myself. 36 recipe iterations. Countless hours with vets and nutritionists. All chasing one question: what’s the best food we could possibly make for a dog? When we finally got it right, Rocky was the proof. He hasn't been sick in over 18 months. He runs three miles with me every morning. That's the standard every Happy Howl bowl is held to. Nothing less.Colin Buckley– Founder

Please tell me how to return this. I tried you a while back my dog won’t eat your food. I don’t know why he’s just a picky little eater. I guess I’m sorry about that, but I did not order this and I don’t know who did out of my bank account, but he won’t need it and I’m not gonna pay for it. Thank you

i had canceled the product as soon as i had received my first order and my dog refused to even touch it. i had asked for a refund and they told me to try and have him to continue have him try it in his current food but he would not eat it at all. they sent me another order after I had canceled and said they would send me a return shipping label and they did not. now i have to call again, just more work

I am truly sorry for the frustration and the extra hassle this caused you. We never want resolving an issue to feel like hard work, and I apologize that getting everything sorted out took so many extra steps. I'm glad to see that the return is now safely on its way back to us. Thank you so much for giving our food a shot for your pup, and we appreciate your patience while we get your refund processed.

I am so sorry to hear that! We know how disappointing it is to try something new only for your pups to turn their noses up at it. Every dog has their own unique tastes, and we completely understand. Thank you for giving us a try and best of luck finding the perfect solution at mealtime!

My dog wouldn’t eat it. He nibbled at the first bite then I had to throw it out. Tried to offer it several times but no luck

Thank you for your feedback, and we are sorry it was not love at first bite! The good news is this is actually pretty common and there are a few things we can try to help encourage your pup again. Feeding Tips to Try -Start small & mix in: Try mixing a small amount of the food with something your pup already enjoys (like their previous food) and gradually increase the amount over a few days -Warm it up: Slightly warming the food can enhance the aroma and make it more enticing in a microwave safe bowl for 10 seconds (NOT in the packaging) -Add a topper: A splash of warm water, low-sodium bone broth, or even a little plain boiled chicken can help spark interest -Stick to a schedule: Offer the food for about 15–20 minutes, then pick it up if your pup doesn’t eat. This can help reinforce mealtime routines -Hand feeding (short-term): Sometimes offering a few bites by hand can help reintroduce the food in a positive way Let us know if you’d like to give these a try, and we're here to support you every step of the way! Giving your dog time to transition to Happy Howl means you’re giving their body the chance to adjust gently, leading to better digestion, improved energy, and long-term health benefits.

The package was left on my doorstep in 95 degree heat instead of in a mail locker. There is no indication on the box that perishables are inside. I don’t think this food is good anymore
