Convenient but too much rice and potatoes
I bought Turkey for my two pups and they both really liked it and it’s super convenient but I don’t like the ratio of brown rice and potatoes to protein. Just too many carbs if you’re trying to manage little dogs who easily gain weight. I’ll stick to feeding raw.

My dogs are not too thrilled with it
My dogs are not too thrilled with it, so far we are experimenting- it could be they like more meat and less vegetables also they don't care for it after its in the refrigerator, cold, at all. A bit concerned that is is preserved with salt? As that can be dangerous with older dogs and their blood pressure. The jury is still out but hopefully the big investment I made will be eaten.

The good news is this is actually pretty common and there are a few things we can try to help encourage your pup again. Feeding Tips to Try -Start small & mix in: Try mixing a small amount of the food with something your pup already enjoys (like their previous food) and gradually increase the amount over a few days -Warm it up: Slightly warming the food can enhance the aroma and make it more enticing in a microwave safe bowl for 10 seconds (NOT in the packaging) -Add a topper: A splash of warm water, low-sodium bone broth, or even a little plain boiled chicken can help spark interest -Stick to a schedule: Offer the food for about 15–20 minutes, then pick it up if your pup doesn’t eat. This can help reinforce mealtime routines -Hand feeding (short-term): Sometimes offering a few bites by hand can help reintroduce the food in a positive way Let us know if you’d like to give these a try, and we're here to support you every step of the way! Good quality but horrible timely shipping
I like it because it’s the first food my dog hasn’t gotten sick from and I feel it’s making his quality of life better. The down side and why I’m ready to walk away and find something else is because the shipping is awful. I’ve had to find other food and cook my own for him to fill gaps. I have it set on a 3 week delivery and it takes 4 weeks before I get it. If I want him to be eating this food I don’t want to have to substitute in stuff just because yours can’t get here in time that defeats the purpose of him being on a healthy diet. I moved my shipping to every 2 weeks now to try and fix that but not happy with how long the process to get the food to me takes.

Nutritional content
Not having to freeze, thaw is really nice and definitely convenient. Fresh food with no fillers and nutritional content is very important to us. The main component is it has a low protein amount. It was great you had a sample pack to try, without that, we wouldn't have tried it. We currently use Farmer's Dog, at this time we won't be switching because of the protein amount. If that were to change in the future we'll take another look at it, keeping it in the pantry is amazing!

i like it all except the cost
i like it all except the cost, when you have 3 dogs and you use around 5 boxes a day, they dont last, i wish they offer discount prices, when they did the 30% off, i buy a ton

We do offer bulk packs! You can order packs of 48 or 96 meals at a discounted rate. They’re great for multi-dog households or long-term storage, each meal stays fresh for up to 2 years when unopened.

I have liked your product very much up…
I have like your product very much up until this last batch. I have a small 5lb dog & I find I need to chop up some of her food into smaller pieces. On this last batch there was a chunk of something I could not cut. Not entirely sure if it was even a meat product, more like a rubber tubing part. It was bendable but not to cut it. . Just the right size for her to choke on. I have enclosed pictures & lot number from the box. I’m glad I caught this, could have been much worse for her. My dog still like your food & it’s been a great experience up until now.
