Where it started:Rocky changedeverything andI never set out to start a dog food company. My husky Rocky had the worst stomach on the planet. Years of vet visits, prescription diets, and hundreds spent on premium food brands. We tried everything. Nothing worked. So I decided to build it myself. 36 recipe iterations. Countless hours with vets and nutritionists. All chasing one question: what’s the best food we could possibly make for a dog? When we finally got it right, Rocky was the proof. He hasn't been sick in over 18 months. He runs three miles with me every morning. That's the standard every Happy Howl bowl is held to. Nothing less.Colin Buckley– Founder

My pet will not eat it.

Thank you so much for your feedback, and we're sorry mealtime has gotten off to a rough start! The good news is this is actually pretty common and there are a few things we can try to help encourage your pup again. Feeding Tips to Try -Start small & mix in: Try mixing a small amount of the food with something your pup already enjoys (like their previous food) and gradually increase the amount over a few days -Warm it up: Slightly warming the food can enhance the aroma and make it more enticing in a microwave safe bowl for 10 seconds (NOT in the packaging) -Add a topper: A splash of warm water, low-sodium bone broth, or even a little plain boiled chicken can help spark interest -Stick to a schedule: Offer the food for about 15–20 minutes, then pick it up if your pup doesn’t eat. This can help reinforce mealtime routines -Hand feeding (short-term): Sometimes offering a few bites by hand can help reintroduce the food in a positive way Let us know if you’d like to give these a try, and we're here to support you every step of the way! Giving your dog time to transition to Happy Howl means you’re giving their body the chance to adjust gently, leading to better digestion, improved energy, and long-term health benefits.

Ordered the 3 sample pack. I received the full order for $115.00. Very disappointed in the company. Asked for a cancellation of any further orders.

I've asked to activate my money-back guarantee several times as I am not happy with this product at all. I still get no response.

My dog won’t eat the Turkey recipe. I tried adding warm water and she doesn’t like it at all.

Thanks so much for your feedback, and we are sorry Turkey is not a hit! The good news is this is actually pretty common and there are a few things we can try to help encourage your pup again. If these do not work, we can also adjust your subscription to Beef + Turkey only. Feeding Tips to Try -Start small & mix in: Try mixing a small amount of the food with something your pup already enjoys (like their previous food) and gradually increase the amount over a few days -Warm it up: Slightly warming the food can enhance the aroma and make it more enticing in a microwave safe bowl for 10 seconds (NOT in the packaging) -Add a topper: A splash of low-sodium bone broth, or even a little plain boiled chicken can help spark interest -Stick to a schedule: Offer the food for about 15–20 minutes, then pick it up if your pup doesn’t eat. I know I closed my account but customer service disagrees. My dogs are allergic to their food and really don’t go out of their way to understand my situation. I wish them the best, but not with my support.

You have a thirty day return policy. I reached out to you 27 days to say my dogs don’t like the food and won’t eat it -I’d like to return what they haven’t used. No reply to the return by an acknowledgment of my cancel it’s not working. Then I see a pending charge on the same day for another box… I reach out you tell me sorry can’t stop it it’s left the building. Pulled the tracking and the only thing done was a labeling- still in the building and this was on the 29th. Worst part - I ordered the first box May 31st and got it June 3- the original thirty days hadn’t passed and you sent more. Oh- the response you have to keep it, because we sent it. Wrong. If your going to have robots do the work- teach them how to count to 30- then how integrity is defined and then when you screw up be accountable.. it goes a long way.

Thank you for reaching out to us, and we appreciate you sharing your experience. We want to clarify that our 30-day policy applies to individual orders rather than the overall account history. Our records show that an upcoming subscription renewal notification was sent two days before your second order processed. Because the cancellation request was received three days after that notice, the automatic renewal had already been generated and processed by our fulfillment center. Once an order is processed, it enters an automated shipping queue and cannot be intercepted, even if the carrier has only generated the shipping label. We can confirm that your subscription was successfully canceled two days after this final order, and no further shipments or charges will occur. Thank you again for your feedback, and we wish you and your pups the absolute best.

Was sent 4 giant boxes at almost $1000. Crazy! My subscription is $94. Wouldn’t someone check that with me before sending?
