Delivery was fine, packaging was fine. However, my dog does not like the food. She is so picky. I’d like to return it.

Your food is good, my dog really likes it, licks the bowl clean. I would've given a higher rating but I don't like being penalized for not giving you access to my bank account or to my credit card. Just because every other company does a subscription price dosen't mean you have to. Try doing something different. Make a good product that you believe in, and sell it at a fair price and let people buy it when they need or want to.

My Milo will eat your food but takes a long time to eat 3/4 of it. Which is unusual for him

Taking a little extra time can actually be a good thing, it can help with digestion and prevent gulping too quickly. If you like, you could try slightly warming the food or breaking it into smaller portions to see if that makes it easier for him to eat at his usual pace.

Still giving my dog, dog food along with the Happy Howl mix. He has loose poo if not combined with the dry dog food. Still using the original box of Happy Howl plus I had another box delivered.

One digs likes other doesn’t. Customer service is lacking. Reached out and got the run around was told to contact on chat not by email. Went to chat they sent me to them by email. Bags were kissing out of order to keep it fresh on the two reorders. And it’s highly overpriced.

I ordered the samples. Product arrived with no problem, nicely packaged etc BUT Unfortunately my fur baby turned her nose up to all 3 flavors. Tried everything but Nope she wasnt going to have anything to do with any of the flavors.

A Few Things That Might Help: 1.) Warm It Slightly • Try heating it for 10 seconds in the microwave to enhance the aroma—it can make a big difference for picky eaters! Please use a microwave safe bowl and do not heat up the packaging 2.) Mix With a Familiar Food • Start with just a small spoonful mixed into their food they already love, then gradually increase the Happy Howl portion over 5–7 days. 3.) Stick to a Mealtime Routine • Offer it at regular times, then pick up the bowl after 20 minutes—even if they didn’t eat. This teaches them that food won’t always be there (and helps with picky habits). Feeding transition recommendations: Days 1-3: 25% Happy Howl, 75% Current Food Days 4-6: 50% Happy Howl, 50% Current Food Days 7-10: 75% Happy Howl, 25% Current Food Day 11+: 100% Happy Howl
