AZ Extreme Temps - Happy Howl ship normal delivery :(
As temps in AZ are now over 100, I was surprised to see that Happy Howl did not expedite the shipping for our region. The product from UT was normal transit for 3 or 4 days. 1 of which was in Phoenix for a full day in the back of a Non-AC delivery vehicle when delivered at 5p. So, extreme temps on a human grade food -- makes me question if this is the right choice for our pup. Some boxes looked a little expanded.

Our packaging is specifically designed to handle high temps during shipping, and we’ve made improvements over time to make sure the food stays safe and shelf-stable until it’s opened. That said, if you ever notice an unusual texture when opening a carton, just let us know by sending us a picture and we’ll make it right!

The only thing I have trouble with is…
The only thing I have trouble with is knowing how much to feed my jrt. I've been feeding her 3.5 Oz. twice a dsy but the box doesn't tell me how to measure that amount. She weighs about 18-20 lbs. I thought there would be a scoop included to measure the food with. Thanks

Thanks for reaching out! We want to make serving as seamless as possible, so here is a quick guide for your 18–20 lb pup: we recommend feeding her 2/3 of a carton each day, split into two equal meals. An easy way to measure this is to simply pour out 1/3 of a carton for her morning meal, and 1/3 of a carton for her evening meal. We typically include a long spoon to help you scoop and serve the fresh food directly from the carton, and I want to make sure you have one! I liked the fast delivery
I liked the fast delivery. My dog didn't seem to be interested in the food. He is an extremely picky eater. I tried mixing it with his other food with no luck.

My Chihuahua Was Not a Fan
My 8 lb chihuahua did not like any of the flavors in the trial pack. Not sure why, but it did seem to be heavy on the rice/grains.
