Happy HowlWhere it started:Rocky changedeverything andI never set out to start a dog food company. My husky Rocky had the worst stomach on the planet. Years of vet visits, prescription diets, and hundreds spent on premium food brands. We tried everything. Nothing worked. So I decided to build it myself. 36 recipe iterations. Countless hours with vets and nutritionists. All chasing one question: what’s the best food we could possibly make for a dog? When we finally got it right, Rocky was the proof. He hasn't been sick in over 18 months. He runs three miles with me every morning. That's the standard every Happy Howl bowl is held to. Nothing less.Colin Buckley– Founder

My dog has had been plagued by diarrhea for years and changing to Happy Howl has done wonders for him!
Response from Happy HowlJul 14, 2026
This truly brings the biggest smiles to our faces, and it hits incredibly close to home for us. Happy Howl was actually founded because our creator's husky, Rocky, suffered from stomach issues for years, too. Knowing that our human-grade, single-source protein recipes have brought that same relief and wellness to your dog after years of diarrhea means the absolute world to our team. Thank you so much for trusting us with his health and for sharing this wonderful milestone with our pack!

My 12 year old girl is a picky eater, sometimes not eating for a whole day. I’m still mixing it with her kibble but now she gobbles it down immediately. I am very pleased with this food.
Response from Happy HowlJul 14, 2026
We are so happy to hear this. Knowing that we could help turn mealtime around for your picky eater is exactly why we do what we do. We carefully formulate our single-source protein recipes to be both incredibly healthy and highly palatable, which makes them a perfect topper for kibble. Thank you for trusting us with your sweet girl's nutrition in her golden years. We wish her many more happy, clean bowls ahead!

I had a few questions and they were answered promptly and completely. I plan to use this food as a back up to air dried and homemade with supplements. After a time I'd like to just use Happy Howl instead of making the homemade. I have a chihuahua so I won't be going through it fast!

Thank you for the wonderful feedback. We are so glad our support team took great care of you! Happy Howl is a fantastic match for small dogs like Chihuahuas, and we are happy to assist as a backup diet now and hopefully as your main choice in the future. We look forward to keeping your pup happy and healthy for a long time to come!

My credit card date expired. I was immediately alerted and updated the card. I was then sent another email to assure me that my order would be filled immediately. I received it within 3 days.

Knowing we got your box to you in just three days makes our day. Thank you for your quick action and your continued trust in us!
