A few tips that can help: •Mix gradually: Start with 25–50% Happy Howl mixed with their current food and slowly increase over 7–10 days. •Warm it slightly: Warming the food for a few seconds can enhance the aroma and make it more enticing. •Use as a topper: Sprinkle Happy Howl on top of their usual meals to spark interest.

I’ve reached out multiple times to get a timeline of when your lamb would be available, no responses. Then I see a pop up that shows you have a special and it shows the lamb, so I order the large box. But what shipped was variety not lamb… once I saw the order was wrong I responded. I don’t feel like service is on top of issues like these. Not to mention, I used your chat bot and went through several rounds of prompts to find the lamb, only to finally be told, “I don’t have that info”. Dogs have allergies so that’s why the lamb, per your direction.

Here are a few tips you could try: •Mix it with their current food gradually to encourage interest. •Warm it slightly (to room temperature) to enhance aroma in a microwave safe bowl •Try a different flavor, some dogs have strong preferences for Turkey, Beef, or Lamb. •Use as a topper on kibble to see if they’ll eat it that way

I’m getting charged for multiple orders and I’m recharged the same day my order arrives. On top of that; it takes almost 2+ weeks to receive an order of food, where other companies do 2-4 day deliveries.

I tried to cancel my order shortly after placing it because I realized it was wet food and my dog doesn’t like that kind of food. They were unable to stop the order so I was hoping maybe my dog would like it. She did not….also there are no directions or instructions included in the box that the food was delivered in..didn’t say how long its good after container is opened or even about refrigeration…

We completely understand how disappointing it can be to receive food your dog won’t eat, and we’re sorry your cancellation couldn’t be processed in time. For future reference, Happy Howl is shelf-stable until opened, and once opened, it should be stored in the refrigerator and used within 5 days. We also include feeding guidelines on our website, packaging and inserts.
