Happy HowlWhere it started:Rocky changedeverything andI never set out to start a dog food company. My husky Rocky had the worst stomach on the planet. Years of vet visits, prescription diets, and hundreds spent on premium food brands. We tried everything. Nothing worked. So I decided to build it myself. 36 recipe iterations. Countless hours with vets and nutritionists. All chasing one question: what’s the best food we could possibly make for a dog? When we finally got it right, Rocky was the proof. He hasn't been sick in over 18 months. He runs three miles with me every morning. That's the standard every Happy Howl bowl is held to. Nothing less.Colin Buckley– Founder

My dog loves it

Four words that make our entire day! There is nothing better than knowing dinner time is a total hit. Thank you so much for making us a part of your pup's daily routine!

Still going strong, this has become a staple in our home! Our dogs are thriving. Our pickiest eater, Gracie, 4 year old lab loves meal time. Our older, little grumpier 10 year old lab, but still all about food, Kevin, is very vocal about food time. He was never this pushy before, but when it’s time to eat with Happy Howl… you are bullied into on time meals!! I couldn’t be happier. Finally a meal that has all the fruits and veggies and flavors dogs love. I’m a happy momma. Love my fur babies!

There is truly nothing better than a happy dog momma and a kitchen full of thriving pups! Winning over a 4-year-old picky lab like Gracie is a massive victory on its own, but having a 10-year-old senior like Kevin find his voice to demand his dinner? That is the ultimate compliment to our recipes! We are so honored that Happy Howl has become such a beloved staple in your home and that the real fruits and veggies are keeping your fur babies so healthy and vibrant. Thank you for this beautiful review!

I love the food, my dog loves the food. Food was delivered on time. My only concern is I'm still waiting for (2) payments be returned to my bank account.
Response from Happy HowlJul 19, 2026
Hearing that you and your pup are both loving the food is music to our ears, and we are so glad your delivery arrived right on time! We completely understand wanting to see those funds back in your account, and we want to reassure you that everything is fully taken care of on our end. We processed those two refunds this past Friday, July 17th. Depending on your bank's typical processing times, those funds should be landing right back in your account within the next day or two if they haven't already appeared. Thank you so much for your patience, and for being such a wonderful part of our pack!

My dogs love this food. It arrives quickly and packed nicely. The shelf stability is my favorite part of Happy Howl. I haven't ever had an issue and I have received several months of food for my dogs. I sometimes add a topper just to switch it up a bit.

A few months in and still going strong! Thank you so much for trusting us with your dogs' bowls season after season. We take a lot of pride in making sure our boxes arrive quickly and packed perfectly, so it’s awesome to hear your deliveries have been flawless. Also, high-five to switching it up with a topper! A little menu rotation keeps dinner exciting, and our pantry-safe recipes make it so easy to play chef. Cheers to many more years ahead!

My boy Hank literally licks the bowl clean. Food looks just like picture on the box. Ingredient list is about the best I've ever seen. You have made such a fantastic product, and I can't thank you enough for that. Two thumbs and 2 paws up from the Reed House

A spotless bowl from Hank is the best feedback we could ever ask for! We are so thrilled that you love the clean ingredient list and that the food delivers on its promise right out of the box. Sending a massive thank you to everyone at the Reed House for being such an awesome part of our pack!

Its great my senior baby is loosing so weight. I just wish it was a little cheaper. I can't afford a full month supply so I have to alternate with dry food. But its a good product

We are thrilled that your senior baby is losing weight and thriving! We also completely hear you on the cost and appreciate you being so upfront about it. Budgeting for fresh food isn't easy, but alternating it as a topper or half-and-half meal with dry food is a fantastic hack that still gives her a huge health boost. Thank you for loving her so well and for sharing your honest take with us!

Super easy processing. Fast delivery. Puppy is on his first day and loving it. Haven't seen him eat so much in the 2 months I have had him.

Two months of waiting, and he finally found the one! Puppies can be surprisingly tough critics, so hearing that he just had his biggest mealtime ever on day one is a massive win. We love that our fast shipping got the goods to your door right on time for his new favorite routine. Get ready for some serious puppy energy!
