Being chosen as the favorite over two other fresh food companies is the absolute ultimate compliment! There is truly nothing better than seeing a pup genuinely look forward to mealtime, and we are so honored to have won over your dog's heart (and tummy!). We are also thrilled that you are loving the shelf stability. We designed our packaging specifically to eliminate the hassle of crowded freezers and messy defrosting, so knowing it brings that perfect balance of health and convenience to your routine means the world to us. Thank you so much for choosing us to feed your pup and for sharing the love with our pack!

We are absolutely thrilled to hear that your latest experience was a total breeze! Getting your orders delivered quickly and making it seamless to adjust your box size online are top priorities for us, so knowing you are fully stocked up and stress-free completely makes our day. It is also wonderful to hear that your girl is a huge fan of all three recipes! Keeping a rotation going is such a fun and healthy way to mix up mealtime excitement, and we are so glad she appreciates the variety. Thank you so much for the fantastic feedback and for being such an awesome part of our pack!

We are glad the ordering and shipping went smoothly, but we are so sorry to hear that your pup is refusing to dive in! To help encourage a stubborn eater, we highly recommend slightly warming the food before serving to activate the rich aromas of the natural bone broth, or using a small amount thoroughly mixed and hidden inside their current regular food. Because our boxes are completely shelf-stable, you can take your time testing out these methods without any freezer hassle. Thank you so much for giving Happy Howl a try!

It sounds like Chase’s new routine is off to an incredible start! There is nothing better than opening up a meal and having it smell great right off the bat, and we are absolutely thrilled that the beef stew is already such a massive hit with him. We believe that feeding your pup fresh nutrition should be as simple and transparent as possible, so hearing that the ordering process and our ingredient lists were completely clear to understand means the world to us. We always aim to get those meals to your porch as quickly as possible, and we can't wait to see how Chase likes the rest of our flavors as he continues his taste tests! Thank you so much for the fantastic feedback.
