We are so glad to hear that you are loving the food, but we completely understand how heavy and difficult a 48-carton box can be to lift! To make sure your deliveries are comfortable and easy for you to manage, we have updated your account starting on August 20th. Moving forward, your future orders will automatically be split into two separate packages of 24 cartons each instead of one single heavy box! This way, you still get all the food your pup needs without any of the heavy lifting. Thank you so much for sharing your feedback with us!

Pantry storage without sacrificing freshness is definitely a game changer! Our recipes are packed dense with real ingredients, which can make getting them out a bit of a workout, but a quick slice down the container fold or a gentle squeeze usually helps it slide right out.
