Hi Pinkk, Thank you so much for the lovely review! 🖤 We're so happy to hear you love the quality and designs of your new pieces. And thank you for the feedback as well. We know the wait for an order can feel long, and we're working on improving that experience. Your comment about offering smaller ring sizes is especially helpful. We'll take that into account as we continue developing our collection. Thanks for being part of The Goth Society! Morgan The Goth Society

Hi Catherine, We'd really like to look into the rings you received and the shipping experience you described, but unfortunately we haven't been able to identify your order from the information available with your review. Could you please share the name and email address used for the order and, if available, your order number? That will allow us to find your order and look into this properly. Morgan The Goth Society

Hi Alicia, We're very sorry. We've reviewed both your order and the conversation you've had with our customer service team, and we agree that this has not been handled the way it should have been. The concerns you've raised about the quality, materials, and differences between the products shown and the pieces you received are being taken seriously. The photos and detailed feedback you've provided are also being reviewed as part of our product quality checks. We've asked our Customer Support Manager to personally take over your case and make this right with you. You should not have had to keep following up after clearly explaining the problem and asking for a resolution. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, Alicia. We will continue with you directly until this has been properly resolved. Morgan The Goth Society

Hi Aimee, We're really sorry your experience with us wasn't what it should have been. Receiving pieces that didn't match what was shown or the quality you expected was not acceptable to us, and we also recognize that our initial customer service response didn't help the situation. We've since been in direct contact with you and resolved the matter as requested. We're taking your feedback seriously as we continue improving our collection and the experience we provide. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to make things right. - Morgan The Goth Society
