No Way A Legit Seller
It's a definite scam. I messaged them to ask about what something was made of and where it ships from. They responded with the material but never answered the other question. Asked again. Told they would have to check and when I replied that their inability to answer that question immediately was highly suspicious. Then they stopped responding. Definite scam. Avoid!!!!

Scam! Not as advertised at all!
I am absolutely disgusted with the quality of this jewelry. I got the 7 for $85 and it is 90% plastic. The rings that are "adjustable" are absolutely not so none of the rings fit. The stems for the stud earrings are clear, flimsy plastic!! The dangle earrings are silver painted plastic. The necklaces are half of some weird metal and other half plastic plus one of th charms has a chunk cut out of it. Do not waste your money!

Hi Alicia, We're very sorry. We've reviewed both your order and the conversation you've had with our customer service team, and we agree that this has not been handled the way it should have been. The concerns you've raised about the quality, materials, and differences between the products shown and the pieces you received are being taken seriously. The photos and detailed feedback you've provided are also being reviewed as part of our product quality checks. We've asked our Customer Support Manager to personally take over your case and make this right with you. You should not have had to keep following up after clearly explaining the problem and asking for a resolution. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, Alicia. We will continue with you directly until this has been properly resolved. Morgan The Goth Society

The jewelry I received is NOT the…
The jewelry I received is NOT the jewelry on their site. It's all fake, terrible quality and none of it is wearable. One of the necklaces I received was actually plastic not the stainless steel their website claims. DO NOT RECOMMEND. The customer service is terrible too.

Hi Aimee, We're really sorry your experience with us wasn't what it should have been. Receiving pieces that didn't match what was shown or the quality you expected was not acceptable to us, and we also recognize that our initial customer service response didn't help the situation. We've since been in direct contact with you and resolved the matter as requested. We're taking your feedback seriously as we continue improving our collection and the experience we provide. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to make things right. - Morgan The Goth Society

Not waterproof?
If it’s waterproof, why is it already turning my finger a different color? The other two rings I got are fine so far but now I’m worried about getting them anywhere near water and I have sweaty hands. I didn’t think I was spending $85 for it to look like my finger is rotting off.

Hi Melanie, We're really sorry one of your rings caused this issue. That's not the experience we want anyone to have with our jewelry. We've since been in touch with you personally and were glad we had the opportunity to make things right. Thank you for bringing this to our attention and for giving us the chance to turn things around. 🖤 Morgan The Goth Society
