I live in Canada and discovered this product through a review in a journal. I ordered it, applied it as directed and magic! It worked very quickly to address dark and puffy under eyes. I have sensitive eyes that more often than not react to eye products. Glow Fairy was smooth and very soothing on my eyes … and very easy to apply! It was a winner! I tried to reorder but could not pull up an address for shipping to Canada. I contacted customer Service. Only a few moments later I received a very helpful response from Lauryn in CS. She completed a partial order for me and sent it to my email with directions on how to complete payment for the order….prompt, courteous, helpful and my order is now complete and on the way to my Canadian address! I will continue to purchase this amazing product in the future! Thank you Lauryn! You are a credit to Glow Fairy! 🙂

Unfortunately in transport one of my bottles was broken I reached out with a couple pictures explain the circumstance and in less than 24 hours there was a refund exceptional exceptional service thank you so much
