Items still have not arrived almost a month later. Have been sent twice. Customer service IS APPALLING. I have asked for a refund more times than I can count and all I get is automated responses and empty tracking numbers. I no longer care about the product and can use from elsewhere but the fact they ignore being told a customer wants a refund is just bad/poor business practice. I don’t expect the items to ever show up nor get a refund. Won’t bother with them ever again.

Arrived quickly that I have to say…. I Ordered 2 pots of resurfacing body polish but really don’t think it is of high quality hence I doubted whether it would work. And indeed. Upon arrival I noticed this is a Chinese product so nothing to do with California at all. This is as ever drop shipping / dodgy marketing. I used one of the pots and absolutely no results so please save your money and go and order high quality products for real results

I ordered a 3-pack of Anti-Cellulite Serum but was sent a 3-pack of Resurfacing Body Polish. Assuming this was in error, I contacted the company. They said they had discontinued the Anti-Cellulite Serum, so instead of telling me it was out of stock or giving me any kind of option, they sent me the Body Polish (a completely different product in both ingredients and application) instead. To return the Body Polish I'd have to pay for return shipping, even though it is NOT the product I ordered. Very sketchy business practice imo. Not happy with this company.

Do not order from this company. They knowingly sent me the wrong product and then expected me to keep it or pay for shipping costs back to china. I also would never have purchased if they had been upfront about where the product was from

Placed an order and saw that my coupon didn't go through. Email customer support, and recieved and email within hours from Lauryn with the coupon amount refunded! Thank you!!! Looking forward to round two of the firming creams, and under eye serum! Live that there's no hazardous chemicals in these products, and they seem to have firmed things up a bit!

I ordered anti cellulite cream from this company. NOWHERE on their website do they disclose that it is made in CHINA. Really??? This whole website and their “story” sounds like it is a complete Chinese scam out of California. Satisfaction guarantee? They said I could return it, but must pay to do that. They just want to scam the next customer. Very unhappy!!!

Excellent customer service! I had an issue with a coupon being removed at checkout. I contacted customer service and Lauryn responded right away. My issue was resolved in less than a day with the coupon being reinstated. Top notch!
