The Glow FairyReviews of theglowfairy.com

I have seen a lot of results with the Booty lifting mask try to order again but it seems it’s been discontinued as it’s not allowing me to find the item I hate when you use a product and then it’s no longer available Please advise

Have you stopped making the body glow wand????? Can't find it on your site

I had an allergic reaction to the product. After I reached Customer Service they were very responsive to the issue.

Order somehow got lost on the way but was able to get them re-ship a new one, fast and easy. Really appreciate their quick response from them as well.

Ok Ladies, Let’s see. I ordered The inner thigh firming cream. I will apply each morning and night. I will be back to you with a review each week.

My order did not find its way to Colombia. I am not sure if it was a problem with DHL, but I wrote Glowfairy and received an immediate reply. They are very friendly and I hope glowfairy will get my package again.

My order did not find its way to me, to germany… confusion with dhl and pickup tiket… I wrote to glowfairy, and they responded immediately, and sent me the order again ! Its on its way ! Thank you ! Fast action !

The customer service was excellent and while I was disappointed in the eye cream, I most definitely appreciated the prompt reply and concern from the company. They offered a refund, which wasn't necessary but did offer to send me another product they thought I would benefit from and that is what I did, so thank you.
