My order came in yesterday with the Glow Wand crushed and broken. I was so disappointed! I contacted the customer service department, sent them a photo and within minutes Lauren got back to me! I mean who does that in this day and age! Amazing! She said she would send another right away free of charge. Great customer service! Thanks, Sonia B

Lauryn's response to correcting my very first order was impressive! I made a mistake and within a few hours, received an e-mail with an up-dated (corrected) order. If the product is as good as the customer service, I will be thrilled.

I love the Glow Fairy Body Wand. This was my third time ordering and only received a partial shipment. Customer Service was great and resolved it within a matter of days.

My order was lost during shipment. Lauryn did an excellent job in responding to my concerns and replacing the shipment. I definitely will order from glow fairy again due to their customer service.

Never order from South Africa. Gets delivered via Post Office - import taxes due, besides that - very expensive pricing on extremely below than average product.
