I ordered and paid for a sweat shirt from this company on 18th February and to date (1st March) in spite of them pocketing £34.15 of my money immediately, I've had no communication from them, I have sent a message through their website emailed them 3 times, which has been returned to my email address (server not found) and have had no joy at all trying to phone them, I understand the item will take some time to arrive, but I would like an approximate date of dispatch at least! Very frustrated customer!!!

I ordered a necklace for my daughter on Jan 26, it’s now feb 12th and still nothin, I’ve called about 20 times and left them a voicemail since that’s all you can do, still haven’t had anyone call me back. I’ve emailed them numerous times with no response. I’ve checked my spam and all so they can’t say they’ve emailed me or called me back. Terrible service DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE

Ordering was a breeze. The images were unique and captivating. As soon as I got my hoodie, I was so impressed that I ordered another one for a friend as a Christmas gift the very next day. Thank you, guys. Wishing you loads of success ahead!

I bought a mug advertised on thegiftio website for an Christmas present. Literally white printing on a black mug. The mug arrived looking used, printing smudged and faded, and the picture was not visible. You had to hold up a flash light to see it. Definitely a sketchy outfit due to their return policy and QA practices. Read the reviews and do not order. Note I have emailed them trying to get a refund.

My mom ordered me a hat for Christmas. To this date we have received nothing and not even tracking details. I'm very dissatisfied with this company, as they do not follow through after payment has been received. I would give this place 0 stars if it were available to me. Buyer beware of this web site.
