Hi William After checking, we found that you order Youth T-shirt, so the size chart is different. I have contacted to you via your email address.  I have a very specific description and image for each type of product, Adult or Youth. There was also an order confirmation email once you ordered successfully, you can cancel within 4 hours according to the policy. In this case, you did not cancel or modify the order information so we processed as usual. The item was sent to you with good quality and exactly as ordered. Please be informed that our products are made-to-order and customized; thus, we do not offer Returns in any case.
