I placed my order on September 29th, but the tracking status hasn't moved at all ("We're expecting it"). I sent an email to customer support to ask what's going on, but received no response. At this point, I'm worried this might be a scam. Very disappointed with the service.

I love logo/quoted shirts and this website has plenty! The first item I bought from here came perfectly so I can see myself buying here again.

I have made 2 orders with thegiftio.com. I was nervous. It turned out well. Pros: () I was able to order 2 one-off t-shirts as gifts. I did not find the logo I wanted anywhere else. () Items' fits were accurate. () The quality of the T-shirts material was good. () I mis-ordered the color on the second t-shirt and submitted the email following the instructions. It was corrected! () The price was reasonable for what I got. Note: The transactions including support was all by email or voicemail. You can't reach out to someone in person. This did NOT impact the good service I got.

This is Something i Don't normally do But after Been Blanked by your so called customers services enquiries Email that I still haven't received a Response to I'm left with No Choice the T-shirt quality is shocking it feels Cheap the Printed Image before It arrived look as it had run a little But here is the Best I Washed it Once with my White Washing and this really shows the True product No other Item Affected but this Staining like a Blood Stain on the Shoulder's it's just a Waste of Money and I will Never Buy anything from you again nor will my Family or Friends If I can attached Picture i will do I'm Really not Happy at all

I ordered eye glasses and received. Not matching with what they advertised. Totally misrepresented. Want to return and asking refund but they want to negotiate 15% refund. I complaint to my bank. This company is a fraud company. Please don't buy anything from this company. Thanks.
