I just received my new pair of Conway Moto Harness Boots. They look great!! I want to personally thank Claire for her assistance including the free shipping. She did a great job.

Frye WAS my go-to handbag and shoe company. I have over a dozen purses and several pairs of shoes/boots. I purchased a "Claire" handbag with an ornate strap. It was less than 2 weeks old and the strap started falling apart. A $300 bag and it's falling apart. I contacted Frye and they said "too bad, so sad." would not replace the strap as requested and offered no other remedy. So disappointing. I've purchased my last Frye product.

I bought the Melissa purse beautiful purse high quality leather ha e had dor not e en 3 months and the seam is coming apart contacted frye company to be told they have no repair service to take back to the store went back to store because it has been over 30 days store will do absolutely nothing contacted frye again oh nothing they can do so ladies spend your money on something that will last more than 2 and a half months alot of money to have a purse for 2 months

Got a pair of Venetian shoes wore them 4 times and the sewing came undone. I contacted customer service and they were most unhelpful as I was outside the 30 day window for returns. I sent photos showing that they were essentially new, hardly worn, without even a scuff on them. Still nothing. In the email they even say "we do not have a warranty for our products at this time." You'd think for what they charged for them they'd have a little wiggle room in their customer service.

I give 1 star because I can't give less. Customer service is inexistent, they ignore you even though they claim to reply within 24hours. DONT BUY HERE. Absolutely garbage.

This is a nightmare. Sent boots that had nothing to see with the picture, I asked for a refund and they sent me another pair. Now no answer from customer service whatsoever. Do yourself a favor and avoid tem.

This is the worst company. Do not buy anything from them. They will either never send an item or when they do it is nothing close to what is depicted on the web site. Customer service is not helpful and almost always unreachable.

If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible customer service and impossible to return something.
