I ordered for Christmas and the shipping label wasn’t created until 12/20, I ordered on 12/16. Not a big deal, it still could have gotten to me. It’s not 01/02/2023 and the shipping label being created is the ONLY thing that has happened. I’ve tried to contact the company in both ways they have (email and text) and no one has replied. If I don’t get an update soon I’ll be contacting my bank to get my money back and going elsewhere.

The order process was easy. The customer service when questioned, was promptly answered, polite and friendly/personable. Item quality is as good or better than advertised. Well packaged. Man, I don’t have a bad or even negative thing to save about the product, the people and the customer service. It is only a matter of time before this company revolutionizes the way people smoke frosty cool hits. Amazoning product and worth the money, not that it over priced because you get what you paid, lots of bang fora few bucks! This will not be my last order! Well done Freeze Pipe, We’ll Done.

Placed an order for a bubbler pro and it was never delivered. Tracking number says that the shipping label has been created. Unfortunately, I paid for express shipping too. They sent an email asking if I received my order and that if I didn’t I should email customer service. However, customer does not respond to those emails. Don’t trust this company.

My order took 19 days to get here, and that’s not even the problem.I contacted two of freezepipe emails on getting and update on my order/shipping and didn’t hear anything from customer service till my package was already delivered.

Shipping label created on Dec. 20th. 10 days later and it still has not moved. Looks like I'm not alone. They have great products so it's a shame they're too incompetent to get them shipped. I understand it's a busy time of year and there's been weather but there is ZERO excuse why the item isn't at least in UPS' possession by now. Strongly considering contacting the police. They've essentially stolen my money.
