It actually came in a timely manner. Usually it takes MONTHS

My free pipe busted while trying to clean it

Great people, great service and best puff puff give devices on the planet!!! SMOKE ON!!!

The craftsmanship on this glassware is exceptional, and it was carefully packaged so as to prevent damage during delivery. Thank you for producing and packaging my glassware with care.

Good stuff the best stuff

I have to echo what has already been said here multiple times. Ordered my freeze pipe Bong Dual and flower kit on the 10th of December. Shipping label was created the next day, so was hyped to get it for the Christmas break. It is now the 5th of January, and the bong hasn't shipped yet. Fedex status still stuck on 'Label Created' status. I have sent 2 emails now to customer service, one on the 20th of December and one on the 28th, no response whatsoever. Just dead silence. If I don't get a response or if it hasn't shipped by next week I am making a paypal claim against them. You can sell the best product in the world, but this kind of service is unacceptable and will be your downfall.

The glycerin coil gets clogged very easily to the point of stopping the flow of air . Happened on one of my first uses .

Order was late. Ordered December 14 received January 3rd. Took way to long just to get them to ship product. No reason orders should not ship within 2 days after companies receive payment
