Great quality and fast shipping!! I recently broke a price and had to buy replacement part, the person who I chatted with helped me right away and directed me to exactly what I needed.

I purchased one for my son for his birthday. He said it was the very best. About 2 months later he dropped it and it broke. So I bought him one with the koozie and extra bowl!!!

Great customer service. Can’t comment on the product yet.

I lost function of my left lung in February of 2025. I love smoking flower. The freeze pipe that I bought helps keep hits cool enough for me to enjoy smoking without coughing my head off.

I have just ordered the DNA so I don’t know how it smokes or if the glass is heavy enough to withstand being frozen. I bought one for my wife and one for me. The reason I checked into this company is because she has COPD and needs something that doesn’t hit her throat so hard. I will update this review once I get the product and have tried it out. The ordering process was very, very easy.

These guys make a great product, however quality does vary, and for certain circumstances slides. 🙏 God willing no Glass will break before it's time and other than variations this glass is second to none. Chinese Counterfeits can try and come close to Great, but will almost always settle for good....and why settle?

Pipe cracked in the freezer after 2 months or less.. leaked every where.. giving it one last shot then done

Love their products! I have DNA pipes and a Bubbler Pro along with the Cone Chiller Pro. DNA pipe is easily my favorite pipe with 40 years experience! One issue I had was quickly taken care of by Customer Service to my absolute satisfaction.
