Initially, I didn't realize that I needed the app on my phone before setting up. I surmised that the QR code on the screen would bring me to the app store to get the app, as seems to be the normal way. Once I realized this, I downloaded the app and used the QR code to log into the unit. You have to hold the phone very far away from it, but it did work. It connects quickly and responds to the app better than most "smart" devices that you have to WiFi connect to initially to set them up. It also took a bit of clicking around to find where I could change a setting to show the flight number. It is on the bookcase behind my desk, and people ask about it on Video calls.

1st of all received the product got instructions how to set it up went exactly by the instructions and issues with syncing it to work spent about an hour troubleshooting and it still didn’t work. Emailed the company the only way to communicate no phone support system makes it harder for support help. For $175 you’d think they would provide better support services not impressed

I love mine, so unique and easy to use. Shipped quickly. My son wanted one so I ordered for him. He lives in New Mexico. Its been awhile and he hasnt received it. It is stuck in Puerto Rico and no info seems available. One email from company and that's all. No help. Disappointed. He is too. Why its in Puerto Rico is a mystery as New Mexico is a US state! Help get this to him please!

Absolutely as advertised. Works perfectly and sets up easily. I love it and don't have to check flight radar what the plane is, I can hear flying over my house. The only thing I'd add if possible, is the flight numbers.

At first, I encountered difficultly getting app connected to WiFi and my first request for help was apparently "over-looked". However, the response to my second request was very apologetic and extremely helpful. I live in a suburb of St. Louis and, since the demise of TWA, St. Louis Lambert International Airport is not what it used to be. Therefore, I consider myself as living in "fly over country"; so, my settings target aircraft flying above 10,000 feet. It's a lot of fun seeing what's flying high overhead.

The order and delivery was both easy and fast. Price was fair. Product works as advertised or better in any category I can think of.

Husband is a massive AV geek, got this for him for his birthday and he loves it! Looks awesome on the shelf in his office. We love watching it when the planes at our local airport are flying in over our house.
