I’ve been holding off on this review for several weeks so that I would be able to leave a positive one, however, that isn’t the case anymore. Originally ordered a FlightWall widescreen that was defective. I worked with customer support to arrange a replacement under warranty. Today I received the incorrect replacement (mini instead of the widescreen). The customer service communication is difficult, often resulting in multiple days in between responses or no response at all. Hopefully this review will result in getting the proper replacement under warranty and I can update this.

Really disappointed in the lag time. It doesn't pick up flights on real time like other apps. Often it doesn't even pick up flights as they fly over house. I live 2 miles from CAE, and it doesn't pick up the flights landing or leaving. Very disappointed

I've now bought two units, one as a gift. I enjoy the device yet find the customer service lacking. Their inability to fulfill a simple request to replace a broken stand is baffling. Stating they only have completed units, and no parts to send out, indicates a naiveite and lack of experience in customer acquisition cost and retention. This survey request cost the company more than the $5 it would have cost to promote goodwill.

Fonctionne, malgré plusieurs heures à me battre avec une application complètement buggée. Service client inexistant .... Je ne comprends pas votre réponse, je n’ai reçu aucune aide !
