It works, but software is a nightmare. Difficult to switch from area coverage to monitoring specific aircraft. Good idea, but needs better user app interface.

Unfortunately, my experience with Flightwall has been extremely disappointing. The device simply does not work properly and I have been unable to get it to connect. What makes the situation even worse is the complete lack of customer support. I have contacted support multiple times but have received no response at all. It feels like they simply ignore customers once the product has been sold. At this point, I have a device that I cannot use and no support to help resolve the issue. Very frustrating experience and definitely not what I expected. Edit: Found, that it works with an apple-device, but still no support from TheFlightWall - reddit helped - so i change it to three stars.

Please add the logo for Flair Airlines. Bought the mini for my wife who works there and dissatisfied that one of Canadas main carriers logo is not included

I like it, but it does have some kind of bug? It changes things around like the display and what I want to monitor & there seems to be delays like when tracking a flight, it will read over 500 MPH and show it over the same town for several minutes. Also app froze twice.

Im still learning how it works and yet to test out many of the options on the app. Just having it running in its basic setup at the moment. Had initial problems setting it up as it kept saying I was trying to cover too large an area. Delivery was pretty quick and the item was very well packed.

Overall this is a good product for aviation enthusiasts. Easy to setup and the product quality is firm. Some cons, the app is not very user friendly as it can do more than what meets the eye. There are plenty of YouTube videos on this product and how to dig deeper into the app to apply settings you want. The biggest glitch is that when tracking flights with multiple legs, the flightWall often displays incorrect information. For example, I was tracking a flight from IAH to SMF. The first leg of the flight was MIA to IAH. The flight wall was displaying MIA-IAH taking off 15 minutes go and landing in 10 minutes. In reality, the flight was enroute to SMF landing in 4.5 hours. I truly hope that they can correct this issue as it happens often with multiple legs flights.
